• Propane tank exchanges
• Gasoline for boats, ATVs, and UTVs
   

Pontoon Boat Rentals

Pontoon Boat Rentals are available to Property Owners and their Guests only.

Rentals may only be made by contacting the Association Office (815) 492-2238 during normal office hours. Calls to the Marina will not be honored.

Pontoon Boat Rentals

• The Association has three pontoon boats available for daily or half-day rental.
• Reservations must be made by a property owner or an authorized guest.
• Property owners must contact the Association Office to authorize any guest to make a reservation.

Responsibility & Rules

• Property owners are responsible for their guests’ activities.
• Any rule violations or damages exceeding the security deposit will be charged to the property owner.
• All boats are checked in and out at the Marina.

Access & Requirements

• Lessees must present an Amenity Tag to Marina staff.
• Each boat has a capacity of 10 persons, with 10 adult-size life jackets provided.
• Lessees must provide their own life jackets for children and infants.
• Anyone leaving the boat to access Nixon Beach, Marina Bay Trail, etc. must have an Amenity Tag.
