Apple Canyon Lake Property Owners’ Foundation
The Apple Canyon Lake Property Owners’ Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the preservation, conservation, and enhancement of properties owned by the Apple Canyon Lake Property Owners’ Association.
The Foundation raises and allocates funds to support environmental improvements, lake restoration, educational initiatives, and conservation projects. Its efforts aim to protect and enhance the natural beauty, safety, and functionality of the properties for the enjoyment of current and future generations.
Guided by its Board of Trustees, the Foundation carries out its mission with integrity, ensuring that the generous contributions of donors are thoughtfully invested and distributed in accordance with its governing bylaws.

General Contributions

Planned Giving

Memorial Bench Program
The ACLPO Foundation Bench Program offers a unique way to honor, celebrate, pay tribute, or memorialize someone special—a gift that truly makes a difference!
All funds raised through the Bench Program go directly to the Apple Canyon Lake Property Owners’ Foundation, supporting projects that enhance and beautify Apple Canyon Lake properties for owners and their guests. This program provides a meaningful opportunity to leave a lasting impression on the community while contributing to the Foundation’s mission.
ACLPO Foundation Bench Program Details | Bench Adoption Cost – $1,500
A new bench with a traditional commemorative plaque can be purchased and installed at your choice of available locations throughout Apple Canyon Lake properties. The total donation covers:
- The bench
- Professional installation
- Commemorative plaque
- 10 years of maintenance
Key Details:
- Benches are installed at approved sites in the order requests are received.
- Installation timing depends on the season and the number of preceding orders.
- Donors may select their preferred location from a map of available sites; however, ACLPOA staff will determine the exact placement based on Association needs.
- Once installed, the donor contact will receive a notification letter and a map showing the bench’s location. If desired, a card acknowledging the gift can be sent to the honoree’s or memorialized person’s family.
Donation Period & Renewal:
- Each bench donation covers 10 years of use and maintenance.
- Within this period, ACLPOA will replace the bench if damaged at no cost to the donor.
- After 10 years, the bench is eligible for renewal at the cost of a new donation. The original donor has first right of renewal. If not renewed, the bench and plaque may be removed or rededicated.
