Property Owner Sticker & Tag Mail Request (Requires Payment)

We strongly encourage all owners to pay online and have tags & stickers mailed to your home!

Amenity Tags, Auto Stickers, Trash Passes (if applicable), boat and recreational vehicle stickers, etc. will be mailed if all registration and insurance information is current and $11.00 for postage is paid. Each property owner’s materials must be shipped separately; combined shipping is not available. 

Auto Stickers: Up to five (5) Auto Stickers are included per OARF paid. Trash Auto Stickers will be reduced from the five (5) regular auto stickers. Additional Stickers are available at $10 each.

Trash Paper Pass/Trash Sticker (if applicable): If you have paid the $145 Trash Assessment, you may choose up to two trash passes. You may choose two Paper Passes, two Trash Stickers, or one of each. Owners may elect to leave the second pass at the Office for pickup at a later date. Paper Trash Passes can be moved between vehicles or used with an ATV, UTV, or golf cart. The Trash Sticker is only for use on an auto and must be affixed to the windshield.

Amenity Tags: Ten (10) Amenity Tags are available at no additional charge per OARF paid. Property Owners and their guests of all ages must have an Amenity Tag to access member’s only facilities. Additional Amenity Tags may be purchased. Additional Annual Amenity Tags are $25 each and can be purchased in advance.
