Re: Looking for interested parties for Operation of Apple Canyon’s “Cove Restaurant”
The Apple Canyon Lake Property Owners’ Association is seeking an experienced and well-financed restaurateur, with a vision for a destination waterfront restaurant in Northern Illinois, to lease an Association owned 5,600 square foot restaurant located on the banks of Apple Canyon Lake (ACL). Association Background and History
Apple Canyon Lake Property Owners’ Association was developed in 1969. It is a private recreational community and contains 2,743 home sites located in Apple River, in the rolling hills of northwestern Illinois. The amenities include a 440-acre lake for fishing, swimming and boating, public 9-hole golf course, 14 miles of trails, full-service marina, swimming pool, campground for tent and trailer camping, sports court complex, fitness center and beach. The development is managed by a non-profit homeowner’s association, including an elected board of directors. Day-to-day operations are handled by our professional manager and staff. The community is approximately 33% full-time homeowners occupied with the remainder of the membership being part-time or week-end residents.
