Here you will find various Governing Documents of the Association. However, many changes have taken place, and beginning November 6, 2011, the Amended and Restated Covenants and Restrictions, Restated Bylaws, and Restated Articles of Incorporation go into effect. The Rules and Regulations Committee and Board of Directors continue to work to update and align existing Policy and Rules and Regulations with our new Covenants and Bylaws.
