CHARGE
The Budget/Audit Committee shall be chaired by the Treasurer and consist of a member of the Board of Directors plus two or more additional members. It shall be the duty of this committee to prepare a budget for the fiscal year beginning the first day of January for approval by the Board of Directors and to submit a report of this budget to the membership at the Annual Meeting of Members. It shall be the responsibility of this committee to supervise the annual audit of the Association books.
