The only restaurant in the area with a lakefront location, The Cove provides a unique dining experience which combines spectacular beauty and sumptuous food.  The Cove is a full service restaurant serving a complete menu of entrees: sandwiches, salads, appetizers, pizza, and specialty dishes. The restaurant will be available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the summer season. The appealing new award-winning building provides the location for the most scenic dining experience in the area. Nestled along the limestone-scarped shores opposite Nixon Beach, diners can enjoy a lakefront view of beautiful Apple Canyon Lake.
Accommodations range from an intimate dinner for two up to large groups. The Cove Restaurant and lounge interior seating of 210 is complemented by seating for 45 diners on the outdoor deck along the shoreline. Hours Summer hours begin May 24 Sunday through Thursday 11 am to 9 pm Friday and Saturday 11 am to 10 pm Hours listed are for restaurant, bar open to their discretion. Monday September 6: 11-9 Closed Monday & Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday 4-9 Friday 4-10 Saturday 11-10 Sunday: 11-9 Beginning in November, the Cove will only be open weekends. |
